Project Context 

Crona Group was using Atlassian Jira without a dedicated administrator, resulting in a fragmented setup and low system efficiency. 

Different companies within the group operated separate Jira instances, preventing consolidated project visibility and increasing operational costs. 

Initial State 

At project start, the following challenges were identified: 

  • No in-house Atlassian administrator 
  • Multiple disconnected Jira instances across the group 
  • No centralized space for cross-company visibility and reporting 
  • Duplicate license costs for employees working across companies 
  • Manual Jira configuration for every new plot development project  
  • Low user adoption due to lack of training and support
